A hearty, healthy, thick oatmeal shake makes for a nutritious, high-fiber morning meal prepared in less than 10 minutes. Oatmeal shakes are a common part of South American diets and have the potential to reduce unhealthy cholesterol. Additionally, these shakes can be made with soy or almond milk, making them an alternative breakfast choice for dairy-intolerant individuals. To save time in the morning, do away with the cumbersome bowl of cereal and, instead, slurp down this tasty breakfast shake on-the-go. Add this to my Recipe Box.
