Eat a few cloves of garlic each day, or incorporate them into your cooked dishes. The strong anti inflammatory properties in this herb helps alleviate rheumatoid arthritis pain.
2Cut a medium potato into slices, leaving the skin on. Soak these overnight in a glass of cold water. Drink the glass of water early in the morning in an empty stomach.
3Make green juice from any leafy vegetable. Mix in equal parts carrot, celery and red beet juices. The juice will dissolve deposits at the joints and extra tissues.
4Make and drink some fresh pineapple juice. The enzyme bromelain that is found in fresh pineapple juice is an anti-inflammatory that will help reduce swelling and inflammation.
5Soak 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds in a 1/4 glass of water overnight. Drain and drink the soaked mixture first thing in the morning when you wake up.
6Bring one teaspoon of castor oil to a boil. Pour and stir it into a glass of fresh orange juice. Drink one glass daily before breakfast.
7Measure out one teaspoon of crushed fresh ginger and red chilies. Mix these in half a cup of sesame oil. Strain and then rub the paste on the joints.
8Warm up some mustard or coconut oil. Mix in 2 to 3 camphor pieces and then massage this into the aching joints. This will amplify blood supply and also reduce inflammation and stiffness.
9Mix 1 tablespoon of green gram in a cup of water, and then add two crushed cloves. Strain and then take the mixture twice a day
